REFUND POLICY

We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 3 days (applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable.

Return/replacement is only acceptable if the customer Makes a short video of the product unboxing (without editing) and send the video at the time of raising return/replacement request.

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers’ bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Except for some cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
